At Willow Way we offer many soapmaking systems; this suggested system is for CP soap. Based on one Person, 640 Bars of Soap Per Pour (approx. 160 lbs, 72.57 kg) Approximate time to mix, weigh oils, mix lye, heat oils, measure EOs/FOs, herbs, etc; 3 to 4 hours.
- The quantities are based on an average bar size of 3.5 ounces when dried (4 oz (114g) when cut). Your design of course will be based upon your bar size and unique needs.

Manual Soap Cutter™, Comes standard with Loaf and Bar frame, cutting time 15 to 20 min. per 160 bars, includes de-molding and racking on trays. Total time for cutting 640 bars, allowing for breaks, startup and pickup, avg. labor output, re-lining (preparing for next pour); approximately, 3 to 4 hours.

Two Manual Cutter™ Pro Molds, two cells, approx. 40 lbs (18.14kg) each side.
Soap Pot Tipper, holds 80 quarts (75.71 L), will hold ingredients for both sides of a manual mold.
Soap Pot Whipper, best way to stir your batch. Approx. trace time 5 to 7 minutes.
Need to double the above to 1,280 bars? Just add two soap molds; Model MCM2C.
Want to go beyond this? Get a WW35 or WW65 Oil Heater. This will allow you to pour 400 to 500 lbs (181 to 227 kg) by yourself, easily in one day.
